And (bad news), you are not the kind of person who decides to hire. Therefore, this information is useless.
Useful information is diametrically opposite. The fact that you (remember, one of the hundreds of applicants?) Can give companies such that others cannot. These may be your unique skills: printing at a speed of 600 characters per minute, a customer base in half of Ukraine, a team ready to come with you, your unique development, which allows you to reduce costs by 30% and put on a competitor, etc. No personal throwing and moaning, tormenting your subtle soul, only hardcore - the facts !!!
Although not, there is another way to dilute the facts with your personal. Tell us in a letter HOW you will work, WHAT you are willing to sacrifice for the sake of working in such a company, where you ALREADY worked in a busy mode and how EXCELLENT you coped with the tasks. Only when you think about what a specific (I insist, SPECIFIC!) Employer needs from you and write to him as soon as possible, clearly and reasonably, your chances of getting a good job will begin to grow. And (good news!) One more thing. Almost no one writes about this.
